Many Brooklyn apartments and brownstones run stacked or compact washer-dryer units in closets and basements — we know these tight installs and fix leaks, no-drain and no-spin problems without flooding the unit below. What we fix ## Brooklyn Washer Problems We Fix From a stacked unit that won't drain to a front-loader that walks in a basement laundry room, these are the calls we get most. ### Won't Drain or Spin A clogged drain pump, snapped belt or bad lid switch leaves clothes soaking. We clear it and restore a full spin cycle. ### Stacked & Compact Units Closet stacked washer-dryers and apartment compacts have tight access; we service them safely without damaging cabinetry or walls. ### Leaking Water Cracked door boots, worn tub seals and loose hoses leak into apartments below. We find the exact point and seal it. ### Won't Start or Fill No power, a faulty inlet valve or a tripped door lock stops the cycle. We test the control board and inlet before quoting. ### Shaking or "Walking" Worn shocks, bad bearings or an unbalanced drum bang loudly. We rebalance and replace worn suspension parts. ### Bad Odor or Mold HE front-loaders trap water in the gasket. We clean, replace mildewed boots and advise on prevention.
